Ofelia Audry is a member of the Mexican Society of Gastronomy and Oenology Mexico City.
He has taught courses at the Universidad Anahuac, Iberoamerican and Cloister of Sor Juana, as well as embassies, hotels and restaurants in many parts of the world. His name is well known for his collaboration on television, radio, newspapers and magazines.

Professor Audry is winning first place in the Philanthropic Society of New York Culinary and Gold Medal of the "Friends of Escofiére" given the French government.
In 1996 his team won two gold medals at the Culinary Olympics which take place in Berlin, marking the first time Mexico participated in this global event.
